New iPhone 18 Pro CAD renders point to a Dynamic Island that's 25–35% smaller than the current model, achieved by moving Face ID's flood illuminator under the display glass.
Apple's iPhone 18 may silence cost-cut skeptics with a 2nm A20 chip, 12GB of RAM on standard models, variable-aperture cameras on Pro variants, and Apple's own C2 modem.
Apple reportedly plans a slimmer Dynamic Island for the entire iPhone 18 range, but an unusual staggered launch schedule means the full picture is far from settled.
