Hiked in wearing shorts from Grandjean, woke up to a solid frozen lake. Guessing it dropped to about 20F. Rocks tumbled down onto the ice and made the most incredible sounds - like a synthesizer. About the coolest thing I've ever heard!…
We did 2 of the 3 peaks, and was one of the coolest trails ive ever been on. The third peak was for experienced hikers and we were in shape but new at hiking.
