Honestly, for just 2 packages, I'd keep it simple and use pnpm workspaces. No need to bring in Nx, Turborepo, or other heavy tooling until the complexity actually justifies it. Most monorepo setups start out elegant and end up becoming a fulltime side project if you overengineer them too early. 😅
