I've sent hundreds of cold emails and have no idea what's actually working

I've been reaching out to companies for the past few months trying to find customers for something I'm working on.

Some people respond, most don't. I've tried different pitches, subject lines, follow-ups, targeting different people, etc.

Now I have hundreds of emails sitting in Gmail and I'm realizing I don't really have a good way to learn from any of it.

I can see open rates through MailSuite, but that doesn't tell me much. I want to look back at everything and figure out what types of messages got responses, what people actually cared about, where conversations died, and whether I'm just targeting the wrong people.

I tried getting Gemini to analyze my Gmail history, but it only looked at a few emails instead of going through everything.

How do other founders deal with this? Do you actually go through all your old outreach manually, or is there something better?

Feels like I'm making the same mistakes over and over without really knowing what they are.
