WHMCS Email Marketer sends one email per service

How the two rule types pick recipients

Email Marketer has two rule types, and they count different things.

A Product/Service rule works on services. On each run it finds every service that matches the rule (the products you selected, the status, the days after order) and sends the template once for each one. A client with one matching service gets one email. A client with five matching services gets five.

A Client rule works on client accounts.…
