Live Tv cable-like channel surfing

Need Help

I just set up my I-P.T.*V (trying to avoid spambots here) and it works great from a quality standpoint. I am currently watching through Dispatcharr-to-Jellyfin which... works... but its not great. You have to manually click play for each stream on seperate windows. Is there a service that allows switching channels like the old days of cable tv? Thanks!
