There are some hues that I just associate with fall year in and year out. As soon as there’s the slightest chill in the air, I start opting for all my favorite classic fall nail colors : There’s just nothing like a chocolate brown mani , burgundy mani , or, if I want a little nail art, a very seasonally-appropriate chai latte mani . And of course, that goes for my outfits too—I find that there’s a decent amount of overlap between my fashion closet and my beauty closet. This year is no different: I spotted a lot of rich purple on the fall/winter 2026 runways, and lo and behold, I’ve now found myself searching for alllll the plum nail ideas.
