The indie gay immigrant comedy One Baby, Please!, created by and starring Karim Adam Ahmed and Adrian Neblett, is set to bow on OUTtv across the U.S. and Canada on Nov. 2, it was announced Monday.

The six-parter centers on Omar, a laid-back Egyptian Canadian, and Dieon, his uptight Barbadian Canadian husband, as they battle with sperm tests, egg donors and their friends to have a “gayby” or a surrogate baby.

The comedy, as it features LGBTQ+ people navigating fertility, surrogacy and parenthood, is the latest queer-themed TV series to come out of Canada after the gay hockey drama Heated Rivalry , comedy Pass The Salt and Slo Pitch , a mockumentary about a ragtag LGBTQ+ softball team executive produced by Elliot Page.
