I started at a company a year ago. I originally was making a pivot in my current. I have 10 years in graphic design but never moved in to a senior role. I started working as an engineer technician mostly doing documentation, but have pick up a lot of responsibilities including more graphic design work.

My one year review is coming up, and we are going to be discussing job titles and my responsibilities a bit more. I also want to ask for a bigger raise but not sure how to best bring it up. I have 0 idea what my market value is. Since I have a bit of a hybrid role. Any suggestions?
