Kim Kardashian has opened up about the “big burden” of co-parenting with ex-husband Kanye West, admitting she’ll “always worry” about the rapper despite their rocky relationship.

The reality star, 46, got candid about their complicated dynamic in “Citizen Kim: The Woman Who Created the Future,” an authorized biography by journalist Jonathan Van Meter, who interviewed Kardashian and those close to her between 2018 and 2026.

“Oh, I worry about [Kanye] all day. All the time. That’s the father of my kids, I’ll never not worry about him,” she said in the book, according to Us Weekly .
