I removed the shutters from my home because I don’t like the look, and lo and behold the previous owners had spray painted the shutters while attached to the brick!

I used Citrishine and mineral spirits to get a lot of the red off, but as you can see, there’s still some leftover. should I do a few more layers of Citrishine, or is there anything else I can try? It’s not terrible but definitely noticeable.
