Is it worth it to take the Intro to Human Body/Anatomy/Physiology sequence prior to MCAT or only before med school?

Hi,

I have heard others say that an anatomy and physiology class is helpful prior to med school. It is sort of shocking it is not a pre-req. I've heard others say a Physiology class is very helpful to prep for MCAT.

Anyway, at my university you must take an Intro to the Human Body class, as a prereq for Anatomy, and then Anatomy is the prereq for Physiology. So I basically have to invest 9 credits in that path. Is it a useful class sequence to take prior to the MCAT. Will any of those be particularly helpful OR.....is it just something that would be useful to take prior to graduation so I have them under my best prior to med school? I'm already super tight on space in schedule since I'm trying to get a minor in a totally separate field. Unfortunately my school doesn't have a combined 3 credit Anatomy and Physiology class. The are separate classes. Thanks!
