Minnesota Timberwolves point guard LaMelo Ball welcomed his first child, LaOne, earlier this year, but there’s one aspect of parenting he is not involved with.

In an interview with Ernie Johnson for NBA Tip-Off , as seen below, the 25-year-old NBA star spoke about making his debut with the Timberwolves and how he developed his signature one-leg three-pointer. “So, are you a diaper changer, man?” Johnson asked Ball when the topic of him becoming a father came up. “Oh, nah,” he replied. “Y girl do all that. She do all that, you know what I’m saying? We got a good game plan going on. I know what I got to do to bring to the table… I done did it before, it’s just not my job.”

In his debut game with the Timberwolves, who played against the Miami Heat on Wednesday (Oct. 21), Ball scored 21 points during his 29 minutes on the court.…
