Help! We are hoping to move in the spring but I can't figure out the logistics of showing our home while we still live in it. We have three cats (and three litter boxes), two full-time working parents (both working outside of the home), and a teenage son who is a three-sport athlete.

Even if we had 24 hours notice for a showing, I just don't see how we could make it work, especially with the cats and being outside of the home every day from 8-5 at work.

Those of you in similar situations who also sold, what did you do? I've pondered getting a bridge loan to purchase new, or even moving into an apartment for a short-term lease, because the hit to our savings would be worth not having the hassle of showing it while we're still there?!
