Here’s my first Haul of the season: Excited to watch Quadrophenia first. Ready for some Brit rock opera! 🤘 The fact they finally moved Trainspotting 4k into plastic, moving away from the cardboard is something I’ve been wanting for a while. This is the first replacement purchase (2x buy). Excited for The Wiz…because MJ! The Damned is a blind buy my daughter chose. Big on the rot of opulence during facism; has been an interesting topic lately. Network is another blind buy, had me at Sidney Lumet (huge fan of 12 Angry Men). Testament is another blind buy, I’m a GenX’er that lived during the fear of the Day After, watching life post nuclear bomb in an 80’s movie speaks to me. Future pickups I’m looking forward to: Wall-E, Pink Flamingo’s, also researching Nightmare Alley (del toro’s vs the other one, anyone care to comment? Are they similar?)
