E! is sticking with pop culture nostalgia with its latest series.

The Versant-owned network has ordered mixology competition series Cocktail Wars hosted by former NSYNC members Lance Bass and Joey Fatone .

The ten-part series, which will premiere this summer, pits a group of mixologists against each other for the chance to win $10,000 per episode. Competitors will be judged on flavor combinations and technique.

Bass and Fatone will be joined a series of celebrities and an expert judge.

Cocktail Wars comes from Texas Crew Productions, which was behind Netflix’s Sean Combs: The Reckoning , and R&D Media. R&D’s Russ McCarroll, who has exec produced series including History’s Alone , will serve as showrunner.…
