I found this thing on the side of the road near Bishop, CA, and I have been unable to identify it. I’ve been trying to find out what it is for a couple years. Everyone has a guess, but I’ve never heard a definitive, proven answer. I am hoping that by determining how it was manufactured, the level of difficulty required to create it, and its potential age, I might get closer to understanding what it is.
