Question about selling a small but profitable position.

Hi,
Trying to learn best practices. I have 10 shares of Apple that I have not added to in over a year. But I noticed that this small number is up 102% in my dashboard.

Even if I did not expect a change in the remainder of the year… is it always a good idea to cash this out for doubling the worth?
Full disclosure: I’m asking because I am finally committing to ETF positions. Not against Apple, but don’t want to waste an opportunity at more than 100% increase.
Thanks in advance!
