I need to vent. I’ve poured my heart and soul into this particular job interview. The process took five rounds, and I was one of the finalists. I was heartbroken to find out I wasn't selected. Thanks to LinkedIn, I saw who they hired for that position. Being curious, I took a look at their profile and was in shock when I saw that their experience didn't match up to mine. I firmly believe my background was a better fit for the job. It’s extremely frustrating. Have any of you experienced this?
