Looking for some advice on this one.

35m married and 2 kids no degree or certs. Tried to do college after highschool. But after 5 years and not being able to get an associate I gave up (Undiagnosed ADHD at this point). I've held various positions within one company over 10 years and was laid off last year. Went from IT, Customer service, IT onboarding/Hardware, then ended in HRIS (Workday systems) before the layoff. Now I'm in Accounting/Finance making 2/3s what I was before. I don't know if I want to stay in accounting/finance. Trying to figure out what my next step should be.

In short - Im not sure if getting a degree would be helpful or getting specific certifications at this point. The certs I'm thinking about are PoweBI, SQL and maybe something Workday related.
