Now that I’ve had my hands on the iPhone Duo and seen what the hype is about, I better understand Apple’s vision for what a foldable phone should be. That matters, since Apple is just entering the market with its first-ever foldable, while Samsung has been refining the category for years.

While there are still many areas where Samsung is untouchable with its foldables, I’m going to tell you all the ways the iPhone Duo beats the Galaxy Z Fold 8 . These are without a doubt two of the best foldable phones available, but this matchup is even more compelling because of how much they share —from their prices and designs to their cameras.

Considering that the iPhone Duo is a first-generation device, I have to give Apple credit for prioritizing the areas where it’s superior to its rival.
