We’re looking for a Wholesale Client Relations Coordinator to join our team in-office.

At Ramassia, we partner with a network of independent optical boutiques across North America. This role is central to supporting our accounts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across orders, returns, and communications.

What You’ll Do

Manage communication with retail accounts

Manage communications with our teams in France and Belgium

Process orders, returns, and exchanges

Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams

Support sales ambassadors with account needs

Assist with internal tracking and documentation
