Howdy yall, Im going to start off and say that I do rolling. Im not worth a pot to piss in on a press break. We dont even have one, just a big ironworker. Problem is, customer has a big job of 1/2" round rod that they desperately NEED. It has 1 1/4" of tangent on both ends, with a 90° bend in the middle, 1/2" IR. A36. We would have to make a die, bend em, and then cut them to length because we dont have a stopper. So guys and girls who brake, is this something that can be done farmed out to a fabricator with an actual press brake faster than we can do them one by one?
