Students and parents are NOT customers. They are employees. They are there to do a job. Students' job is to learn to the best of their abilities. Parents' job is to support the student so they are successful.

Reprimands should happen if that job doesn't get done.

If I did not complete all the required tasks of my job within the deadline, I would get written up at the very least and fired at worst.
