The Knicks and Spurs are set for a rematch of the 1999 NBA Finals—the last time the Knicks made it to the championship. The two teams also met in this year’s NBA Cup final. We’re rounding up the best gear to celebrate one of the most anticipated Finals in recent memory. From official locker room Finals gear to retro-inspired fits, we found a little bit of everything. AS A LIFELONG Knicks fan, I’m pretty much at peak happiness (although that may be contingent on the status of Mitchell Robinson’s pinky). The team secured its spot in the NBA Finals for the first time since 1999 and against the same opponent, nonetheless. The Knicks are set to match up with the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday (a rematch of this season’s NBA Cup final as well, which the Knicks won).
