My experience with Water Creation bathroom vanities has been a nightmare. I installed the Sequoia bathroom vanity in January 2026, and you should avoid this product at all costs. The "quartz" countertop is incredibly fragile and stains almost instantly upon any contact with liquid. Water Creation's initial solution was to tell me that I needed to sand it with a 3,000-grit sandpaper and make sure to wipe the counter immediately after usage — neither of which is recommended maintenance in the manual. The countertop can't be replaced separately from the unit.

I received a quote from a countertop repair company, and guess what — they don't even think the countertop material is quartz, which they said shouldn't be staining like this. They suspect it's actually Venetian (synthetic) marble.…
