Hi, I have a I7-12700KF, 4x8GB DDR4 and a 5070TI, recently upgraded to the 5070TI and a 1440p Monitor. However many games i play are CPU and Ram intensive/Single core Intensive like WoW, I've been wanting to get the 9800X3D bundle from Microcenter for $850 since it seems like a good deal, it has a 9800, 2x16 GB DDR5 and a mobo. Ram hardly seems like it's going to get any cheaper. so i kind of want to buy it while the bundle is still available. however i saw posts that a possible "10800X3D" (not officially named) Might be available soon as posts 6 months ago were saying "end of 2026"

Games are absolutely playable, but i personally like having much better 1%'s. i feel like as soon as i purchase the 9800x3d the new "best gaming cpu" is going to drop, but also by then ram might be even more expensive

What are your thoughts and opinions, would you upgrade or wait and see?
