Where/how to find work?

I’m over 60. I taught Econ in China for ten years. I have no teaching license. I have a B.S. in accounting.

I’m going back to the USA. Where to move?

I prefer a large city with low rent and a high minimum wage.

Can I teach? Maybe I’m too old?

Should I apply for government jobs?

Any help greatly appreciated.
