Halle Berry is offering up her Mediterranean-style Los Angeles villa with an asking price of about $12 million. The Oscar winner ’s compound hit the market earlier this month, TMZ reports. Per its listing history, the Crime 101 star paid just under $6 million for the 1926-built home in 2005. The 5,900-square-foot estate hosts five bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across the three-bedroom main house and a guesthouse.

The front entrance opens to a sunken living room with stone-tiled floors, exposed beams, and tall panes of glass looking out at the lush greenery that lines the grounds. On the other side of the entrance, a formal dining room features a picture window and access to the chef’s kitchen, which is complete with a double island.…
