Unless you’re deep in the scene, it’s hard to keep up with all of the up-and-coming surfers out there. With the Loggerhead Classic just around the corner, happening this September 25th-27th in Jacksonville, Florida, we caught up with Justin Quintal to learn more about some of the contestants. Justin Quintal: We have a crazy lineup of talent this year, with 130 competitors, and I could go on and on, but I’m going to try to narrow it down to a handful of people to watch based on previous performances at the Loggerhead Classic.
