Source: Created by Author on IdeogramI wrote this in my journal on a Monday morning at 5:50 AM.
The world was still asleep. My mind was waking up slowly.
The prompt in front of me was gentle, almost shy:
“How does your heart speak to you?”
At first, I stared at the page. Because the heart does not speak the way the mind does.
- It does not shout.
- It does not argue.
- It does not give bullet points.
It waits.
The First Language of the Heart
The first thing I wrote was simple:
In silence.
My heart never speaks when my life is loud.
- It never interrupts meetings.
- It never competes with notifications.
- It never raises its voice.
The heart waits for silence.
- Silence in the morning.
- Silence after a long day.
- Silence when the body slows down.
