US stocks rose on Monday as investors parsed Anthropic's public IPO filing and braced for a full earnings docket and the Federal Reserve's next policy decision this week.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average (^DJI) rose 0.2% while the S&P 500 (^GSPC) added 0.6%. The Nasdaq Composite (^IXIC) climbed 0.8% higher after the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite posted their second straight week of losses.
