Trump complains about not winning Nobel Prize

Donald Trump labelled Norway a "s**t house country" and suggested Norwegian immigrants were not welcome in the US after failing to win the Nobel Peace Prize.

Norway's official tourist board, Visit Norway, responded with a humorous campaign featuring the country's most scenic public toilets, asking if they were "the world's best s**t houses".

The light-hearted response parodied the US president's slogans, claiming "Norway makes s**t houses great again" and showcasing architectural facilities such as the "Golden loo" on Senja island.

Rhetoric experts and Visit Norway officials praised the satirical strategy, noting that self-deprecating humour neutralised the hostile comments effectively.

There was no official indication that the US administration was altering its actual immigration policy regarding Norwegian citizens.
