Hi everyone, I've a steel female braze stem, with copper check valve from danfoss. we need to braze this together. The OD & ID of both ends are same so it's going to be a butt weld, this is a long AC hose so I am worried in mobility of vehicle this weld will hold the hose or not? do we need to insert a copper tubing inside to strengthen the weld? which sort of method is best for brazing these two together, The rod we will be using is 56% Ag flux cored Cadmium free 1.6mm. guidance from experts will be appreciated. submitted by /u/Miserable_Bridge_756 [link] [comments]
