Good morning! I bought a secondary greenhouse, after having great success with the first last year (first was used/is for garden veggies). It is a 20’x10’x7’ hoop/tunnel style greenhouse. I have ventilation and air flow under control, however I am wondering if my plan of action for acclimating my house plant collection to the greenhouse is adequate. With that being said, I have a ton of 40% shade cloth. I understand the math with shade cloth (2x40% does not equal 80%, but rather 64(ish)%), however, would layering them up to, say, 80% of shaded light, or more. And then every couple/few days, removing a layer until we are down to just 40%, be enough of an ease into the “great outdoors” for my collection? Just to add some context- I have monsteras, philodendrons, pothos, syngoniums, hoyas, snake and spider plants, a wide variety of succulents, and much more. I would be devastated if I killed any of them trying to move them outside for the summer months. Thoughts? Thank you in advance!…
