I just don't see the purpose of openAI and Anthropic existing. They're competing with Amazon Microsoft Meta and Google that have cash coming in from legacy businesses.

These two enormous AI companies simply should not exist. Human stupidity has no limits and this is the biggest boondoggle in history. They don't have any moat, it doesn't make any sense at all.

The best moat in AI is to have money coming in so you can keep building more.

This is the WeWork debacle all over again but on a enormous scale. They don't have any choice but to force these turds through onto the public market.
