One Place for Every Project, from First Call to Renewal

Every project in our company lived in a different place: a spreadsheet here, an email thread there, a memory somewhere else. I designed one system that tells the whole story, from the first sales call to the renewal.

The problem

Projects passed through many hands: sales, tendering, delivery, audits, certificates . Each team kept its own notes, so nobody could say where a project stood or whether it was making money.

The ask was simple: one place to follow a project from start to finish, and see its profit or loss.

Two things made it tricky. First, this is a system for records, not for control . It must never slow anyone down. Second, some teams were not used to working in software like this, so it had to feel easy from day one.
