Brandi Glanville is preparing to have her “face taken off” this week amid her ongoing battle with facial disfigurement.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum revealed the “great news” on Thursday’s episode of her “Brandi Glanville Unfiltered” podcast , saying she will undergo the drastic procedure Friday.

“Dr. Carlo Henrado is taking my face off on Friday and going to do an exploratory surgery to kind of do a power wash under my skin,” Glanville, 53, told her co-host, James Maas.

She said the doctor had identified two distinct spots beneath her skin that he believes could be either “fungal balls or something alive.”
