The Conversation Experiment: Day 2 of Trying Something Different

Yesterday I declared I was stopping the content treadmill. Today I'm reporting what happened when I actually tried the alternative.

Quick recap: after 29 DEV.to articles and zero sales, I announced a 48-hour experiment. Instead of publishing, I'd find 5 active threads where agency owners are talking about real client problems. Read them. Say something useful. Don't pitch anything.

One honest note before I get into it: agency owners aren't on DEV.to. I know that. I'm publishing this here because the builder/maker audience understands what a channel pivot looks like from the inside — even if the people I'm trying to reach won't read it.
