Trying to decide what to do with this front patio.

Not sure if there is a way to fix it, or if I need to knock it down or possibly build a deck over it. Looks like it's made a cinder blocks with concrete poured on top.

Obviously I need to put stairs on it at some point, and fix the flashing under the door.
