How does bonus and base pay look like as you get promoted into mass affluent advisor, HNW advisor etc? Want to get an idea of what partnership and performance bonuses look like as you stay with the company.

I understand they don’t pay top of the line but their WLB, culture, and benefits all seem really great. I’d be proud to stay at a company with their methodology.
