Lil Baby’s Hemp Brand Countersued for Allegedly Violating NDA

In denying claims by Lil Baby -owned company The Holding Co., hemp brand Bay Smokes has followed through on its earlier promise and countersued with allegations of a violated non-disclosure agreement. In April, The Holding Co. sued the Florida-based Bay Smokes over Lil Baby-branded hemp products “WHAM!”, “SAVAGE PATCH!” and “GOON BERRIES!” which allegedly contained illegal cannabis products, and “failed microbial safety testing and contained over 22% of total THC” along with E. coli. Additionally, Holding Co. claimed that Bay Smokes, co-founded by adult entertainer Katiana Kay and William James Goodall, posted erotic videos that could potentially be aligned with Lil Baby’s trademark.
