Need advice: Resigned from current MNC but new MNC joining is delayed

Hi everyone,

I’m a 2025 graduate currently working in an MNC with a 4.5 LPA package. I have around 6 months of experience, but my current role is in an AMS/support project where there’s not much learning or growth.

Recently, I got an offer from another MNC offering 7.10 LPA, which seemed like a good opportunity. Based on that, I resigned from my current company. My last working day is 16th May.

However, the issue is that the new company is known for delaying joining, and currently HR is not responding to my emails. Now I’m confused and a bit stressed.

I resigned early because if I stayed beyond May, my notice period would increase to 90 days.

Now I’m stuck between:

- Waiting for the new company’s joining (which is uncertain)

- Trying to withdraw my resignation (but that might impact future opportunities and may not even be accepted)

What would you suggest I should do in this situation?…
