Guitarricadelafuente is already working on the follow-up to 2025’s Spanish Leather , and his Oscar-buzzed acting debut in La Bola Negra has helped him discover a new approach to songwriting.

In a new interview with GQ , the Spanish singer revealed that he began writing material for his third studio album after wrapping the film and has continued working on new music in Los Angeles.

“This experience and what my life has turned into in the last two years has made me find a new poetic way and a new way of writing songs,” he said.

The 29-year-old musician explained that his experience on the set of La Bola Negra , combined with two years of touring and an increasingly hectic schedule, has changed how he approaches his creative process.…
