NGB Platform v3.3.0 is out!

This release introduces two new platform-level capabilities: a read-only MCP Server and a built-in AI Assistant .

The idea is simple: let AI work with the business capabilities already implemented in NGB, rather than build a separate data access layer for it.

What's new?

MCP Server

Built on the official MCP C# SDK with Streamable HTTP.

Exposes documents, metadata, reports, document relationships, and business effects.

Reuses existing application services and permissions.

Supports custom read-only tools through platform extension points.

AI Assistant

Integrated directly into the NGB application UI.

Understands the current page and conversation context.

Answers questions using existing business data and reports.

Supports Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic, OpenAI-compatible endpoints, and Ollama.
