With all due respect, I disagree with your endorsement of Tick Segerblom for re-election to the Clark County Commission, representing District E. I am a life-long resident of Las Vegas (54 years). I am also a 20-plus year teacher in the Clark County School District. I was raised in this district, and now it’s been my lifelong calling to teach here as well.

That being said, I am truly an invested member of the Las Vegas Valley. I have lived on the east side of Las Vegas my entire life, currently in Sunrise Manor, where we feel completely abandoned and unseen by Mr. Segerblom. Eastsiders feel that we are often neglected in services, improvements and community resources and policing. Mr. Segerblom will show up for the photo ops, but that’s about it. Who did the Review-Journal talk with when deciding on this endorsement?…
