7 top Seattle chefs at FareStart dinners include Ethan Stowell and more

FareStart’s hot-ticket Guest Chef Nights are back, with the big local names for the next seven dinners including one of the biggest: Ethan Stowell, cooking in the James Beard Award-winning nonprofit’s kitchen for the fourth time Sept. 10.

The most recent Guest Chef appearance by Stowell, in December 2024, sold out fast — and with the likes of John Sundstrom (Lark) , Michela Tartaglia (Pasta Casalinga) and Nathan Lockwood (Altura and Carrello) also on deck, ticket availability is likely to be fleeting overall.

Stowell is representing his new Good Table Hospitality restaurant group — which plans to open Cut Club, a steakhouse at downtown’s Hotel Max, and Lime Social, a Mexican restaurant in Kirkland, this summer.
