I'm genuinely curious because I've had a pretty frustrating experience with this.

One of my reports was closed as Not Applicable because the triager said I hadn't provided a valid HTML PoC. The problem is, the exact PoC he asked for was already attached to the report, along with screenshots showing it working.

I opened a RaR on August 21, pointed this out and reattached the file. I've followed up and contacted Support, but still haven't received a proper response over two months later.

I also had another RaR regarding a duplicate classification that went unanswered for 51 days before I withdrew it to free up the slot.

Is this normal? Have any of you actually had a successful RaR or even received a technical response? How long did it take?

I'm not expecting every appeal to go my way, but I'd at least like to know someone actually reviewed it.
