Hey All.

My now wife has about 120k from a previous job with a financial adviser, naturally costing about 1%/mo. My wife isn't into the details of investing but she is a CPA and onboard with this discussion, but I wanted to run it by you all.

Any reason we shouldn't just pull it out of their firm and put into a Fidelity Trad IRA and put it in VTI or VTSAX (recent simple path wealth reader) vs leaving it with them and paying the 1% every month?

We'll work on converting into her Roth over time.

Thanks!

Edit: 1%\yr. My mistake!
