Kendall Auto Group’s Catwalk for a Cause fundraiser raised over $100,000 for the Silver Rail Elementary Support Fund.

A paddle raise at the event supported the school fund, with a $50,000 matching commitment. Local businesses like On Point Community Credit Union, Foundation for Affordable Housing and Saxons Fine Jewelers all contributed to the matching commitment.

The funding is for Silver Rail’s immediate and ongoing needs. Kendall Auto Group also intends to dedicate a portion of the funds for a scholarship in Megan Lambert’s name, to ensure athletes have the opportunity to play regardless of finances.

The event also raised $356,000 to support Furnish Hope.
